Preorder Policy

How BBE preorders work

Payment: Preorder items are paid for through the BBE secure checkout when the order is placed. Payment secures the customer’s selected product and variant, subject to order acceptance.

Estimated fulfillment: Unless a different date is clearly stated on the product page, BBE expects preorder items to ship within 30 days of the order date. A preorder item is not ready for immediate shipment.

Mixed orders: If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, fulfillment timing can differ. BBE order updates should be reviewed for the timing of each item.

Delays: If BBE cannot ship a preorder within the promised or stated timeframe, BBE will provide an updated estimated shipment date. Before shipment, the customer may choose to accept the new date or request cancellation and a refund for the delayed preorder item, subject to applicable law and payment/refund processing.

Address changes: Customers should contact BBE as soon as possible if a shipping address needs to be changed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.

Order changes: Size, color, quantity, or product changes are subject to availability and may not be possible once production or sourcing has begun.

Refunds: Approved refunds are returned through the original secure payment method. Bank and card processing times can vary after BBE issues a refund.

Updates: Customers should keep their email and phone details current so BBE can send fulfillment or delay updates.
